Out of the Box Housing in Las Vegas provides tiny home kits that are inexpensive and simple to install, allowing you to acquire and live in your desired tiny house quickly!
Our tiny house floor plans are adaptable, ranging from a plain canvas to a townhouse-style small home. Our dedication to low-cost housing and community giving makes Out of the Box Housing stand out. A percentage of each transaction is donated to ending homelessness through tiny homes.
Our Mission
What makes Out of the Box Housing extra unique is our commitment to affordable housing and giving back to the community. A portion of each sale goes toward ending homelessness through our partnership with the non-profit The Destiny Program.
The Destiny Program was founded by our owner, Steve Philostin, and is dedicated to finding housing solutions for “at-risk” populations, such as tiny home villages for single mothers, military veterans, the chronically ill suffering through medical debt, and the working homeless population, and former inmates.
Out of the Box Housing is dedicated to providing sustainable, affordable housing and we are passionate about reducing homelessness. We also encourage homeowners to consider sustainable options, such as solar power/battery add-ons, in their tiny house purchases.
Our Charity: The Destiny Program
The Destiny Program empowers individuals, families, and single-parent family units experiencing homelessness with affordable housing. A portion of the proceeds of each prefab tiny homes goes toward funding free tiny homes to people suffering from homelessness.
The Destiny Program is led by caring professionals who have experienced homelessness themselves at some point during their lives and passionately want to help others out of homelessness. We believe that becoming a homeowner brings pride of ownership and a host of other benefits, giving families living in homelessness a solid start to a better life.

Our Tiny House Options
Out of the Box Housing offers modular pop-up and fast set homes that are easy to assemble.Unlike the small houses featured on Tiny House Nation, you don’t have to build these tiny homes from scratch.
They are lightweight, but strong, and do not require specialized tools to set up.
No crane required! Easy to lift.
In addition, we offer complete kits that include all the necessary materials for a basic tiny home:
walls, windows, roof, insulation, flooring, toilet, sink, shower.
Electrical and plumbing are included, but homeowners will need to ensure water, and electricity access.
Our models support solar power and RV-style septic systems.
Kitchens and sustainable living modules like hydroponics can be added for an additional cost.
Foundations are not required but are always a good idea.
The homeowner is responsible for permitting and zoning requirements (but we can assist if desired!).
